AREA WAVE HEIGHTS AND CONDITIONS:

Surf was upper fun levels today in the am , picked up a bit and it was a-framing along the beach . Clean fun surf , a bit stormy thru the nite but it was super nice today ! Chucks off working a tractor on the properties in Estirillos Oeste . We will have a few nice high flat lots for less than $35K to offer by early Dec. all lots are titled and water and electricity are ready to hook up . First couple of lots will go fast , right now its less than 70$ a meter ! !Less than 1 kilometer to the beach and you can  Hear the surf from the property along with the critters in the jungle !
